You are requested to read this document carefully as it describes ARY Beauty’s general terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to your use of ARY Beauty and to your purchases from ARY Beauty.

These general terms and conditions apply between you and ARY Beauty, located in Amsterdam at Kerstomaatplantsoen 22, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 60813482, VAT number NL224436107 B01 (hereinafter referred to as: “ARY Beauty”, the “Operator” or “us”). For complaints, questions or correspondence with regard to these general terms and conditions of ARY Beauty, you can contact us by telephone or e-mail. Buy ARY Beauty Products:

Order conditions:

You can only buy products:

– Which are offered and available in ARY Beautye;

– Which must be delivered in the Netherlands; and

– Which are intended for your own use, that is to say for yourself or for the recipient (s) of the products intended by you. ARY Beauty reserves the right to refuse an order in its sole discretion (e.g. when it is suspected that the ordered products are intended for resale through distribution channels not approved by ARY Beauty).

Information about available products (including prices) can be found in ARY Beauty. ARY Beauty makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information, descriptions and prices of products available in ARY Beauty are correct at the time this information is posted on ARY Beauty. Although we try to keep ARY Beauty as up to date as possible, the information shown may not always exactly match the actual situation at the time you place your order.

Ordering products and Formation of the Purchase Agreement:

– When you have selected the products you want to order, they will be placed in the shopping cart.

– If you click on the checkout button in the shopping cart, you will be taken to a page where an overview of your order is given so that you can see and adjust any errors by clicking the Edit order button.

– Then choose the desired payment method at the bottom of the checkout and enter in the case of:
– PayPal you have to accept the conditions and click on the button Finish, after which you log in to your PayPal account, or
– Credit Card enter the requested credit card details and click on the button Finish, or
– in the case of iDEAL, enter the requested iDEAL data and click on the Finish button

– Then click on the Order button at the bottom of the order overview and your order will be sent to us.

– After you have clicked on the Order button, in case of a Credit Card payment we receive from your credit card company or bank authorization for the amount stated on the order summary. We will not debit any amounts from your credit card or bank account at that time, but the amount of the authorization will be deducted from your spending limit. That is the usual procedure at banks. If we do not receive an authorization for your credit card, your order will not be processed further. In the case of an iDEAL payment, the amount stated on the order overview will be directly debited from the bank account you have chosen if you have gone through the entire payment process of your bank.

– ARY Beauty will send you an email confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). However, this does not mean that we have accepted your order.

– ARY Beauty will send you another email to accept your order and to confirm that the products you ordered have been sent to you (“Shipping Confirmation”).

– A purchase agreement between you and ARY Beauty for the products ordered by you is concluded when we have sent you a Shipping Confirmation by e-mail, but no later than the time when the products are received by you.

– The purchase agreement can only be entered into in Dutch.

– The text of the purchase agreement is stated in the Shipment Confirmation.

It is possible that your order cannot be processed or not fully processed or that ARY Beauty refuses your order at its own discretion, for example in the following cases:

– The product you ordered has been taken off the market or is no longer available.

– The money cannot be debited from your account in the case of an iDEAL payment.

– Your Credit Card Company has not authorized the amount of the purchase.

– You do not meet the ordering conditions as stated at the beginning of this section.
